Crisis Prevention Institute Inc. is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence, scalable growth, and enterprise execution across the organization.

You will oversee Customer Service, Training Operations, Business Systems, and the PMO, aligning capabilities with strategic priorities and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. The role requires 15+ years of progressive leadership, including executive-level operations, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level operational leadership.
• Experience leading customer service, training operations, business transformation, or enterprise operations functions.
• Demonstrated success implementing enterprise systems and operational process improvements.
• Proven experience leading PMO functions and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Track record of driving organizational transformation and sustainable business growth.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Training to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Oversee delivery, quality, profitability, and scalability of training operations.
• Develop frameworks to improve instructor utilization, scheduling, and outcomes.
• Lead design, implementation, and governance of enterprise business systems.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve productivity.
• Establish governance and change management for successful system adoption.
• Provide executive leadership and oversight of the PMO.
• Establish project management standards, governance, methodologies, and reporting.
• Prioritize and oversee strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
• Ensure project portfolios align with objectives and deliver value.
• Monitor execution, resources, risks, and benefits realization.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to drive corporate strategy and transformation.
• Support organizational agility, scalability, and effectiveness.
