Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level operational leadership.
• Experience leading customer service, training operations, or enterprise operations functions.
• Demonstrated success implementing enterprise systems and operational process improvements.
• Track record of driving organizational transformation and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the organization and execute strategic priorities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
• Establish operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor organizational effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer and employee experiences.
• Provide executive oversight of Customer Service, Training Operations, PMO, and Business Systems.
• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment with strategic goals.
