Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of non-nursing departments to ensure quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with CEO/CFO on strategic plans, revenue growth and expense control.
• Drive process improvements to enhance patient throughput and resource use.
• Identify opportunities for business development and service expansion with senior leaders.
• Support physician engagement and manage relationships with medical staff.
• Review performance metrics and guide corrective actions for improvement.
• Coach department leaders and develop leadership capacity.
• Contribute to budgeting and capital planning aligned with priorities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Participate in executive meetings, planning activities, and board presentations.
