Qualifications

• Ten years' admin experience in a health care delivery system with five years' leadership experience.
• Hospital executive-level operations experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in regional strategic planning and campus development is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct clinical, financial and operational activities to ensure high quality and cost‑effective care.
• Develop patient care standards and allocate resources while managing fiscal performance.
• Manage gross revenue, expenses and FTEs within the assigned business unit and report to senior leaders.
