Whitevale Golf Club in Pickering, Ontario, seeks a General Manager/COO to lead all club operations and deliver a premier member experience. The role requires visible, engaged leadership, strategic planning, and strong governance interaction with the Board.

The GM/COO will drive hospitality excellence, manage a senior team, and steward capital projects while ensuring financial sustainability and staff development in a seasonal operating model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in hospitality management, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of senior leadership experience in private club, hospitality, or comparable service-driven environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of golf operations, governance, and financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the senior management team and oversee all Club operations to deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences.
• Partner with the Board to refresh the strategic plan and oversee capital renewal and long-term sustainability.
• Ensure hospitality excellence, service standards, and effective communication with members, staff, and governance bodies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight to meet strategic objectives and governance requirements.
