The role demands execution-focused leadership, turning strategy into daily outcomes, with oversight of recruitment, benefits, and technology-enabled workflows to improve access and care continuity.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or multi-site settings.
• Experience leading senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of HRSA/FQHC requirements and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational standardization across multiple sites with one system and SOPs.
• Oversee front office, registration, insurance verification, and scheduling optimization.
• Build and monitor dashboards and KPIs to drive performance.
• Direct recruitment, benefits, and workforce planning for growth and access.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA OSV and care coordination programs.
