Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operational planning.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, operational performance, and business metrics.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
• Outstanding communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
