Position Summary The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for providing executive leadership and strategic direction to drive organizational performance, growth, and operational excellence. This role ensures alignment across all business functions while maintaining accountability for financial performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation. This position summary outlines the general nature and level of work expected of this role. Organizational Structure The Chief Operating Officer provides executive oversight of Human Resources and Safety functions, with respective leadership reporting directly into this role. This structure ensures alignment of workforce strategy, compliance, and safety performance with overall operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
  • Provide strategic leadership aligned with company vision, goals, and growth objectives
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and enterprise performance across all business units
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that support scalability and long-term expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners
Operations Sales (OS Program Leadership)
  • Lead and own the Operations Sales Program (OS Program) as the primary driver of revenue growth
  • Integrate operations and sales to drive new business, client expansion, and retention
  • Target and secure opportunities across key verticals and geographies, leveraging operational density
  • Establish and enforce deal qualification, pricing strategy, and contract execution standards
  • Drive accountability for pipeline performance, forecasting, and execution across leadership teams
Operations
  • Oversee all operational functions to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
  • Implement scalable processes, systems, and performance standards across all regions
  • Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and field execution
  • Monitor service quality, contract performance, and client satisfaction
Finance & Performance Management
  • Maintain accountability for P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance profitability and efficiency
  • Ensure disciplined financial management aligned with growth and margin objectives
Human Resources & Safety
  • Oversee talent strategy, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and workforce standards
  • Provide executive oversight of safety programs, policies, and performance metrics
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and operational discipline
Leadership & Governance
  • Develop and mentor senior leadership, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Ensure collaboration across operations, finance, HR, and growth functions
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory, contractual, and corporate governance requirements
  • Provide executive-level decision-making and organizational leadership support
Qualifications
  • Proven executive leadership experience (COO, CRO, or equivalent senior role)
  • Strong track record of driving operational excellence and revenue growth
  • Demonstrated success with operations-driven or integrated sales models
  • Deep understanding of multi-site, service-based operations
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 1015+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Experience managing large-scale operations and distributed teams
  • Proven success in complex client and multi-state environments
Work Environment
  • Hybrid work model requiring routine presence at corporate headquarters and regular travel to current and prospective client locations to drive strategic relationships, business development, and operational oversight.

Salary Range:- $180K - $200K plus up to 25% bonus opportunity
