Peregrine Search Solutions is helping a leading New York City sports program recruit its first Chief Operating Officer. You will own daily operations across two Brooklyn facilities, drive a unified customer experience, and implement a scalable playbook for future locations.

You’ll lead Operations, Marketing, Facilities, and IT, partnering with CFO and Chief People Officer, and report to the CEO. Expect a hands-on, data-driven leadership role in a fast-growing athlete-first organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership with P&L or budget ownership.
• Experience running multi-site or multi-department service operations.
• Proven ability to build durable systems and documented processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all facilities and staff.
• Lead and develop the Operations, Marketing, IT teams.
• Run weekly leadership meetings and set priorities.
