• Information Technology – oversee tech infrastructure, cybersecurity, and initiatives supporting operations.
• Facilities & Office Management – manage office operations, lease administration and vendor relationships.
• Marketing & Business Development – oversee marketing, branding, client development and growth strategy.

• Operations & Administration – Oversee the day-to-day business operations of the firm, ensuring efficient processes, policies, and administrative support functions.
• Human Resources – Provide leadership for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
• Information Technology – Oversee technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives that support firm operations and client service.
• Facilities & Office Management – Manage office operations, facilities, vendor relationships, lease administration, and workplace initiatives.
• Marketing & Business Development – Support firm growth through oversight of marketing efforts, branding, client development initiatives, and business development strategy.
• Strategic Planning & Execution – Partner with firm leadership to establish priorities, execute strategic initiatives, improve profitability, and support long-term organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• CPA required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience overseeing finance, operations, and administrative functions, within a law firm structured as a partnership
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational improvements.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.

Compensation

$200,000-$275,000

• Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision
• PTO is offered on an accrual basis
