Ethos is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO for a flexible, part-time engagement focused on AI-assisted presentation work. This role is fully remote and requires 4+ years supporting C-suite executives, with a strong track record in board decks and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as chief of staff to the CEO supporting C-level executives.
• Track record owning board decks and executive communications end to end.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine presentation materials for board meetings, executive offsites, QBRs, and CEO communications.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executives to ensure decks meet strategic objectives.
