Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of Strategy to help train AI-generated presentations and slide decks for the leadership team. You will craft CEO- and board-level materials, refine decks across core workflows, and collaborate with executives on strategy communications. The role requires 4+ years in corporate strategy and exceptional PowerPoint skills.

This is a fully remote engagement with flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $80/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a corporate strategy team at a significant company (ex-MBB/Big 4 a plus).
• Track record of producing CEO- and board-level strategy materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (annual strategy decks, market landscape presentations, growth business cases, competitive briefings, CEO/board materials, OKR/portfolio reviews).
• Support senior stakeholders with high-quality materials suitable for CEO and board-level discussions.
