Wiz, a Google Cloud Security partner, is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Security Sales Officer. This executive role shapes strategy, runs the rhythm of the business, and ensures alignment across global sales, security product management, and engineering teams.

You will operate as a trusted advisor on deals, pricing, and strategic initiatives, coordinating across AMER/EMEA/APAC regions and partners to drive growth while maintaining organizational health and clear communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, corporate development, or Chief of Staff roles supporting an executive sales/revenue leader in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience with enterprise software commercial structures, deal strategy, pricing workflows, or complex transaction execution.
• Experience designing and managing executive operating rhythms, quarterly business reviews, and executive communications for VP+ and C-suite audiences.

Mansioni

• Partner directly with the CSSO to define and evolve multi-year unified security sales strategy across segments.
• Draft and maintain a cohesive strategic narrative across OKRs, all-hands, executive updates, and board briefings.
• Identify organizational blind spots and ensure priorities cascade to frontline teams and regional leadership.
• Advise on strategic deal structuring, pricing approvals, and non-standard contract terms.
• Maintain fluency across multiple sales motions, including direct sales and channel/distributor models.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance on workflows, discounts, and escalations for mega-deals.
• Design leadership staff meetings and quarterly business reviews across Geo Sales Leaders and RevOps.
• Monitor revenue pipeline indicators and forecast fidelity, surfacing red flags early.
• Coordinate with Security Product Management and Engineering to convert field intelligence into roadmap inputs.
• Translate product releases into actionable sales plays and quota-carrying motions.
