ADARx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in San Diego seeks an Executive Director, Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and drive enterprise-wide execution across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Finance and Operations.

This highly strategic, analytical leader will align priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives, prepare leadership materials, support board interactions, and oversee dashboards and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive biopharma, biotech, or life sciences experience.
• Experience partnering with C-suite/senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate CEO priorities into clear objectives, milestones, and accountabilities.
• Drive cross-functional execution on high-priority initiatives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Prepare for executive decisions with concise analyses and recommendations.
• Support Board materials, investor communications, and leadership meetings.
• Develop enterprise dashboards and reporting to track strategic progress.
• Lead or support strategic initiatives spanning multiple functions.
