Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with regulatory expectations and ICH guidance.
• Proven track record building PM tools and templates and improving systems.
• Experience leading programs from early development to late-stage milestones, including regulatory submissions.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee across functions the successful execution of clinical asset development activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, CMC, Nonclinical, Regulatory, and Bioanalysis.
• Serve as a liaison between program teams and executive leadership; deliver updates and strategic recommendations.
• Establish and enforce best practices in program management and governance.
• Forecast capacity and manage timelines, risks, and dependencies; mitigate issues proactively.
• Prepare research reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
