Workweek is seeking a highly driven Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO. This senior role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across functions to shape and communicate our product vision.

You will organize initiatives, drive cross‑functional alignment, own executive communications, and lead updates and planning cadences. Remote-friendly, English-only, with availability in Central Time Zone. You will step in as interim leader for gaps as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth startup operations/strategy role.
• Ability to translate high-level vision into executable roadmaps and milestones.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of creating concise memos and updates.

Responsibilities

• Launch new verticals and products from 0 to 1.
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects for rapid execution.
• Create external presentations and support investor relations.
