Job summary

Splash is seeking a seasoned Chief of Staff to serve as an integrator across our leadership team, translating decisions into action and ensuring strong cross-functional execution. The role is senior, reporting to the CEO, and focused on strategic execution, operating rhythm, and leadership collaboration across distributed teams.

The ideal candidate brings at least 10+ years of leadership experience, proven translation of strategy into action, and exceptional facilitation and communication

• Senior leadership experience in mission-driven organizations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Strong facilitation and governance skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Proven track record building scalable operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Design, facilitate, and improve management team collaboration cadence.
• Own decision-rights frameworks and commitment tracking for leadership.
• Monitor team health and ensure adherence to leadership charter.
• Foster a culture balancing agility with discipline and high standards.
• Maintain visibility across teams and surface cross-functional challenges.
• Build processes for cross-functional communication and follow-up.
• Lead planning, priority-setting, and review cadence across the organization.
• Oversee internal communications and staff forums, updates, and leadership touchpoints.
• Support CEO and leadership team in board management and development.
