Job summary

Clipboard Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with our Chief Product Officer, combining operations and strategy to multiply impact on top priorities. The role requires 4+ years in an executive support capacity and comfort moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution, with 3-4 days per week in our SF office.

You will drive execution, dig into root causes with data, and support planning cycles across engineering, product, and design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive support or similar role.
• Strong business judgment and ability to move quickly between strategy and execution.
• Proven track record of building trust and driving progress across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on decisions and follow-ups from leadership meetings.
• Diagnose marketplace problems using data and surface root causes for action.
• Review and pressure-test team documents during planning cycles with cross-functional partners.
• Prepare status reports and briefing materials for key meetings.
