Job summary

BetterBrain Health, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with co-founder Tom Latkovic.

You will help build and scale multiple businesses in parallel, contribute to strategic decisions, and translate priorities into tangible results across AI, product, growth, science, and partnerships. You’ll have autonomy to structure problems, develop recommendations, test ideas, and advance projects with close guidance from the co-founders and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work with founders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale multiple business initiatives in parallel.
• Advise on AI, product, growth, science, partnerships, finance, and operations.
• Shape strategy, craft recommendations, and drive execution with founders and leaders.
• Improve day-to-day execution by strengthening customer journeys and cross-team collaboration.
• Assist recruiting, define roles, and build performance metrics across the organization.
