Job summary

International A2P SMS Aggregator is seeking a capable leader to support the CEO as a right hand, turning priorities into plans with owners and deadlines. This role drives cross-functional work, tracks key numbers, and records decisions for accountability.

You will own the operating plan, translate targets into a tracked plan with actions, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups, and develop a live leadership board that oversees projects across all functions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project and programme management experience.
• Analytical depth in BI, spreadsheets, and P&L reading.
• Direct, structured communication with leadership and ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate targets into a tracked operating plan with owners, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Lead a leadership board providing live project visibility across all functions.
• Drill into commercial and operational data to challenge it and propose improvements.
• Drive multiple work streams to closure while keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
