Job summary

RTX Corporation's BBN unit seeks a Chief of Staff in Cambridge, MA. You will work directly with the President and leadership team to drive organizational strategy, coordinate cross-functional programs, and oversee performance reviews and investments. This role requires a current Secret clearance and U.S.

citizenship, with hybrid work and periodic travel to RTX sites. You will engage with senior leaders to ensure priorities are aligned, manage complex projects, and develop materials for executive

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
• Experience with Department of Defense/Intelligence Community S&T programs (e.g., DARPA, ONR, AFRL, IARPA, OUSD).
• Experience engaging with senior business leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive short- and long-term organizational goals and objectives.
• Coordinate staff actions and operational projects at leadership level.
• Lead cross-functional working groups and enterprise initiatives across RTX/BBN.
• Develop briefing materials for RTX leaders, customers, and partners.
• Ensure alignment of priorities and successful delivery of strategic programs.
