BBN, part of RTX, seeks a Chief of Staff to accelerate innovation and organizational performance. You will support the President and the Leadership Team, manage cross‑company strategic engagements, and drive execution of key technology programs in Cambridge, MA with hybrid work.

The role requires exceptional business acumen, technical breadth, and proven program management, with DoD/IC experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Travel to RTX sites is expected.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
• Or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience.
• Experience with DoD/IC S&T programs (e.g., DARPA, ONR, AFRL, IARPA).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government clearance.
• Program Management / Technical Project Management experience.
• Experience engaging with senior business leaders and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Work with BBN President on short- and long-term organizational goals and objectives aligned with technology strategies.
• Support, manage and drive BBN reviews and engagements with RTX.
• Manage, develop, analyze, and coordinate staff actions and new operational projects at the BBN LT level.
• Lead or support cross-functional working groups and business initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across BBN LT to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
• May serve as BBN President representative on enterprise initiatives across RTX.
• Support BBN Strategy decisions and coordinate internal investments and technology directions.
• Create/modify briefing charts for meetings with RTX leaders, customers and others.
• Develop mechanisms to monitor progress and guide project managers.
• Engage with leadership to identify challenges and solutions.
• Engage and lead special projects for President and leadership team.
• Work with Functional Leaders to prepare material across departments.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
