Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Cyber/EW research area with measurable business impact.
• Articulate a technical vision and align it with RTX strategy.
• Direct cross-functional teams in business development, proposals, and execution.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier researchers and engineers.
• Drive projects from concept through delivery and funding.
• Lead advanced research in cyber, EW and related domains.
• Travel up to 15%.
