Qualifications

• 5+ years directing high-stakes programs in enterprise settings.
• Applied AI to automate data analysis and reporting workflows.
• Proven ability to create executive-level presentations, roadmaps and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Direct governance cadences for senior leadership, translating objectives into milestones and OKRs.
• Track cross-functional dependencies, milestones, and risk registers to prevent blockers and ensure on-time execution.
• Synthesize data and updates into board-ready briefing decks, executive summaries, and monthly business reviews.
• Manage security protocols for high-visibility governance sessions and cleared visits.
• Implement AI tools and workflow automation to optimize project tracking and reporting cycles.
• Ensure accountability by logging actions and tracking deliverable closures.
