PrimeRevenue is seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff & Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and help drive alignment, execution, and communication across our fast-paced global organization. This individual will bring a strong background in executive support, project coordination, management, and executive-level communications, ensuring key initiatives are delivered with precision and clarity. With a strategic mindset and operational discipline, the Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Assistant will oversee and support critical projects, manage cross-functional priorities, and serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders. This role will also lead the global Executive Assistant function and directly manage a high-performing team. Reporting to the CEO, this role will work closely with the Chief Leadership team and Board of Directors to ensure seamless coordination and impactful communication at every level.
Note: This position is located in Atlanta, GA, and requires being in person 4+ days/week.
What You Get to Do
- Oversee, coordinate, and directly manage the execution of key administrative functions for the CEO and CFO, including calendar management, complex travel planning, expense oversight, and briefing materials preparation.
- Manage the Executive Assistant staff, coordinating administrative functions for the rest of the Chief Leadership team to ensure consistency in communication and scheduling.
- Coordinate the CEO’s schedule across direct reports, senior leadership, and global management, preparing for meetings and engagements.
- Serve as a trusted communications advisor, building strategic channels between the CEO and key stakeholders, including employees, business units, Board members, and external partners.
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s email and correspondence, aligning priorities with business goals and cross-functional demands.
- Review and craft executive communications and presentations to ensure consistency, alignment with company strategy, and impact.
- Coordinate high-level meetings such as Executive Leadership Team and Board meetings, ensuring operational efficiency and confidentiality.
- Conduct issue and opportunity assessments on behalf of the CEO by researching and prioritizing sensitive matters.
- Facilitate strategic executive meetings and off-site leadership events, including agenda design, materials, and logistics.
What Are We Looking For?
- 10+ years of progressive experience supporting senior executives, including 5+ years directly partnering with C-level leadership in high-growth, global environments.
- Experience managing a team, such as Administrative Assistants, Executive Assistants, or Office Coordinators.
- Proven ability to enhance executive effectiveness through prioritization, delegation, and organizational systems aligned with strategic goals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering high-impact messages across all organizational levels.
- Highest professionalism, emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, organizational charting tools, Concur, and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to manage calendars, emails, and information flow with precision, aligning with leadership priorities.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to anticipate challenges and support decision-making.
- Proactive, self-directed, and capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
