What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee operations and staff for client associations, providing support to the Executive Director (ED)
- Manage project details and communication loops to ensure alignment among team verticals
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and association records
- Liaison with vendors, legal counsel, and third-party contractors to manage contracts and support issues
- Attend and manage monthly Board meetings and annual conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience with association management preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional customer service attitude and ability to manage high volume of emails

- Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods during conferences
