Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers is hiring a Chief of Staff to drive high-impact growth initiatives across the organization. You will partner with the executive team, report to a senior sponsor, and translate strategy into observable execution.

This role is designed as a launchpad into senior leadership and requires hands-on problem solving. You’ll work on cross-functional projects, build trackable processes, and develop decision support to accelerate outcomes across centers, intake, RCM, and clinical

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in strategy, operations, consulting, BizOps, finance, or program leadership with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical ability (Sheets/Excel); dashboards/BI comfort is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end-to-end and drive deliverables to completion.
• Lead high-impact initiatives and manage ambiguity to deliver outcomes.
• Build the operating cadence, risk logs, and escalation paths to ensure execution.
