Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, business operations or transformation.
• Executive communication expertise, including Board materials and synthesis.
• Proven delivery of complex cross-functional programs in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Owns operating discipline for the full scope of the functions listed.
• Orchestrates Board, ELT and Digital leadership staff preparation and decision logs.
• Drives follow-through on enterprise decisions with clear ownership and timelines.
• Coordinates strategic priorities across Digital, Cyber and Supply Chain.
• Leads enterprise projects, offsites and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Translates strategy into leader messaging, enablement and change adoption.
