EQORE Inc. is seeking a strategic executive to serve as the CEO's right hand, overseeing planning, execution, and cross-functional initiatives across sales, deployment, engineering, and finance.

You will manage the CEO's schedule, triage priorities, draft communications, and lead high-impact projects from market launches to system migrations, while ensuring follow-through and alignment with company goals.

Qualifikationen

• 3–8 years in consulting, banking, operations, or an early-stage startup.
• Excellent writing, structured thinking, and project management.
• Comfort with ambiguity: you set your own priorities and don’t wait for instructions.
• High trust and discretion. You will see everything.
• Low ego and high ownership; your influence comes from getting things done, not from a title.
• Fluency with AI tools that multiply your output, and the judgment to check their work.

Aufgaben

• Operating rhythm: help the CEO run weekly leadership meetings, quarterly planning, goals, and board prep, and follow through on every decision.
• CEO leverage: triage inbox, calendar, and priorities; draft memos, investor updates, and internal communications; decide what needs the CEO and what doesn’t.
• Special projects: own cross-functional work nobody else owns, such as a new-market launch, a pricing overhaul, or a systems migration.
• Fundraising support: build and maintain the data room, investor pipeline, and follow-ups; prepare materials and diligence answers.
• Board and investor relations: prepare board decks, track action items, and handle investor reporting.
• Hiring and org building: run or coordinate key searches, onboarding, and early people processes.
• Metrics and reporting: own the company dashboard and keep numbers consistent across sales, deployments, and finance.
• Gap filling: run a function until it has a dedicated leader, such as operations, HR, or compliance.
