Job summary

EQORE Inc. is seeking a senior finance leader to help raise and manage project capital for our shared-savings fleet and to build the company’s finance function with a clear path to CFO.

From day one you’ll work with our CEO on live transactions, building models, running diligence, and coordinating with lenders, tax equity investors, and tax-credit buyers while shaping debt sizing and project economics. This role will own FP&A, budgeting, cash flow, accounting oversight, and support equity

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project finance, tax equity, or infrastructure investing in energy.
• Experience closing real transactions, not only modeling.
• Familiarity with corporate tax flows and financing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage project capital (debt, tax equity, ITC) for the shared-savings fleet.
• Build financial models and unit economics to support raises and returns.
• Run diligence and respond to lenders and investors with timely answers.
• Collaborate with sales on structuring purchase and shared-savings contracts.
• Manage incentive cash flows and tax credits (ITC, CPP, etc.).
• Own FP&A, budgeting, cash flow, accounting oversight, and support equity fundraising.
