TAR is building the world’s first off-grid power plant for data centers, powered by renewable technologies, with a US-based, fast-moving team in Austin, TX. The role focuses on delivering large-scale projects, standing up new capabilities, and supporting financing while growing a top-tier team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-performance environments (startups, consulting, finance, engineering, military, or similar).
• Proven ability to drive complex projects to completion.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end with high ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: ensure multi-GW projects are delivered on time with partners.
• Special Projects: stand up new functions from zero to one and own them.
• Financing: support complex equity and project financing transactions.
• Hiring: help build the team from juniors to executives and shape culture.
• Firefighting: troubleshoot daily problems and vendor/supply issues.
