Job summary

Gridsight is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with its Co-Founders across commercial priorities. This is a hands-on company-building role, based in San Francisco or Austin, focused on the U.S. market with scope to support global priorities.

You will drive the highest-leverage initiatives, structure problems from first principles, and build a scalable operating system to speed decision-making and execution across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to structure problems and synthesize findings.

Responsibilities

• Own key commercial initiatives from question to measurable outcome.
• Coordinate across market strategy, partnerships, pricing, product marketing, and sales.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution across pipeline and processes.
• Synthesize complexity into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
• Represent founders in selective internal/external conversations.
