• Experience in strategic planning and driving company-wide initiatives.
• Analytical skills with comfort in data analysis, metrics tracking, and executive reporting.
• Leadership and stakeholder management with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience in high-growth startups, e-commerce, or automotive/consumer retail is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate planning/execution for key priorities.
• Support vehicle valuation and acquisitions, and assist sales teams.
• Manage leadership meeting agendas and follow-ups; track progress against OKRs.
• Partner with operations, product, marketing, and sales to streamline processes and remove bottlenecks.
