Redfin is scaling rapidly and transforming into an AI-native company. The Chief of Staff to the CEO will drive the CEO’s bets into structured, cross-functional programs and lead AI adoption across people, processes and capabilities from Seattle.

This role requires rigor, autonomy, and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority. You will run major growth initiatives across product, design, engineering and marketing, establish operating cadence, and shape decision frameworks

Qualifications

• Experience driving transformation at scale within a large, complex tech organization.
• Hands-on AI fluency and experience leading AI adoption or transformation initiatives.
• Strong track record coordinating across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Ability to introduce structure, processes, and cadence in fast-moving environments.
• Analytical, autonomous, data-driven decision maker with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale organizational transformation by translating strategic priorities into structured programs with clear owners, milestones and outcomes.
• Lead the company’s AI adoption and transformation, shaping how teams operate at scale.
• Run cross-functional growth initiatives across product, design, engineering, and marketing with senior stakeholder alignment.
• Build operating cadence, decision frameworks, and reporting to ensure execution accountability.
• Prepare the CEO for board meetings and leadership reviews and ensure follow-through on decisions.
