Position: Chief of Staff to the Owner & CEO

Location: Miami, Florida

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Position Overview

Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to provide high-level executive and personal support to our Owner & CEO.

This is a highly trusted position requiring exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset. Acting as the CEO's right hand and primary point of coordination, the Chief of Staff will oversee the seamless organization of her professional and personal commitments, anticipate needs, resolve challenges independently, and ensure her time and priorities are managed effectively.

The ideal candidate is more than an experienced executive assistant. We are looking for a resourceful, solutions-oriented professional who can think several steps ahead, make thoughtful decisions, and manage complex situations with confidence, diplomacy and discretion.

This role requires an intuitive understanding of luxury hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to deliver personalized service at the highest level.

Based in Miami, the position involves a combination of remote work and regular presence at the CEO's private residence, with a minimum of two days per week on‑site. Flexibility and availability outside traditional working hours, including weekends when required, are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the CEO's trusted right hand, managing priorities and acting as the primary gatekeeper for professional and personal requests.
  • Oversee complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and commitments, ensuring effective time management and appropriate prioritization.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, protect preparation and personal time, and proactively adjust commitments around travel and other priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, external advisors, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting materials, briefings, correspondence, and relevant information to ensure the CEO is fully informed and prepared.
  • Filter incoming communications, assess urgency, and resolve matters independently whenever appropriate.
  • Track important matters, follow up on outstanding actions, and ensure commitments are completed without unnecessary involvement from the CEO.
  • Oversee personal calendars, family commitments, appointments, and household‑related arrangements.
  • Manage relationships with household staff, private service providers, vendors, and external advisors.
  • Anticipate personal needs and preferences, ensuring seamless coordination between professional and private commitments.
  • Handle sensitive personal matters with absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of service, reflecting the CEO's preferences and lifestyle.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, reservations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Seamlessly integrate business commitments with personal appointments and lifestyle requirements during travel.
  • Anticipate preparation time, travel‑related needs, and potential disruptions, proactively adjusting schedules and arrangements.
  • Manage last‑minute changes, unexpected requests, and logistical challenges efficiently and independently.
  • Provide hands‑on support with technology‑related needs, including calendar synchronization, device setup, connectivity, and everyday troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify digital workflows and improve efficiency while maintaining appropriate privacy and security standards.
  • Anticipate needs and identify solutions before challenges require the CEO's attention.
  • Build a strong understanding of the CEO's preferences, expectations, and working style to deliver increasingly intuitive and personalized support.
  • Remain adaptable and accessible when urgent matters arise, including evenings, weekends, and during travel when required.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 7 years of experience supporting C‑suite executives, business owners, founders, or high‑profile individuals in a senior executive assistant, private assistant, or Chief of Staff capacity.
  • Proven experience managing both professional and personal responsibilities, ideally within a private office, family office, luxury hospitality, or similarly high‑service environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • A naturally proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
  • Outstanding discretion, emotional intelligence, patience, and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with digital calendars, productivity platforms, mobile devices, and everyday technology troubleshooting.
  • Excellent travel planning and logistical coordination skills, including complex international itineraries.
  • High flexibility regarding working hours, with availability to respond to time‑sensitive matters outside standard business hours.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area, with the ability to work regularly from the CEO's private residence.
