POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner and operational extension to the CEO. This role is designed to increase the CEO’s effectiveness across meetings, transactions, relationships, communications, and day-to-day execution.

The ideal candidate will operate as a proactive thought partner who can create structure, maintain momentum, and help drive alignment across a wide range of active initiatives and stakeholders. This is not a traditional administrative support role. The person in this seat will be immersed in high-level conversations, complex deals, internal coordination, and relationship management efforts across the business.

Success in the role requires strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. The right candidate will bring both polish and humility — someone equally comfortable preparing briefing materials for a billion-dollar transaction and helping coordinate details for a team meeting or client dinner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Partnership & Strategic Support
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping maximize time, focus, and effectiveness
  • Anticipate needs and proactively create structure around priorities, meetings, deliverables, and follow-up
  • Maintain awareness of active transactions, stakeholders, and business initiatives to help drive continuity and momentum
  • Assist in organizing and tracking multiple active deals and projects simultaneously across varying stages of negotiation and execution
  • Help prepare the CEO for meetings with relevant background information, relationship context, materials, agendas, and talking points
Meeting Coordination & Follow-Through
  • Own meeting preparation and logistics, ensuring discussions are organized, intentional, and productive
  • Attend meetings regularly to maintain context and help capture action items, next steps, and follow-up responsibilities
  • Drive accountability and communication across stakeholders to ensure projects continue moving forward
  • Draft thoughtful follow-up communications, notes, and correspondence where appropriate
Relationship & Transaction Support
  • Support investor communications, relationship management efforts, and equity raise coordination
  • Assist with document management, tracking deliverables, and maintaining organization across active initiativesCoordinate with internal team members, consultants, attorneys, architects, and external partners as needed
  • Help maintain a high-touch, professional experience across all interactions and relationships
Organizational & Administrative Support
  • Create and improve systems, processes, and workflows that enhance efficiency and communication
  • Assist with presentation preparation, research, scheduling coordination, and special projects
  • Support planning and logistics for team gatherings, stakeholder meetings, and company events
  • Help maintain operational flow within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, emotionally intelligent, and energized by dynamic environments where no two days look the same.

This individual should be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while also functioning as a collaborative and trusted member of a close-knit team.

Successful candidates may come from backgrounds such as consulting, investment banking, law, private equity, real estate development, or executive support within high-performance organizations.

The organization is especially interested in candidates who have experienced a high-intensity professional environment early in their career and are seeking a more relational, long-term opportunity where they can make meaningful impact.

Desired Attributes
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
  • Adaptable and energized by changing priorities and evolving situations
  • Naturally proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Polished, professional, and trustworthy
  • Curious and engaged in the business itself, not just task-oriented
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and detail-oriented capacities
CULTURE FIT

The organization values humility, collaboration, curiosity, and long term thinking. The team operates with a strong relational orientation and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

The right candidate will be someone who values people and relationships, communicates thoughtfully and clearly, thrives in highly collaborative environments, is flexible and solutions oriented, and enjoys being part of something being built over time.
