Job summary

Beast Industries is seeking a visionary Head of Programming to define the creative vision, programming strategy, and slate across flagship series, recurring formats, and creator partnerships. You will shape what gets made and how the slate evolves to keep long-term member engagement.

This is a senior role reporting to the GM and President, Beast Studios, with close collaboration across Production, Marketing, Analytics, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading programming or content strategy for a digital platform or studio.
• Track record overseeing multiple productions or initiatives.
• Experience developing unscripted/creator-led content from concept to launch.
• Strong creative judgment to select formats, talent, and ideas.
• Experience working cross-functionally with production, product, marketing, analytics, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define the programming vision and long-term content strategy for original content.
• Build and manage a diversified slate across formats and genres.
• Identify new series, formats, and partnerships to strengthen the platform.
• Oversee development from concept through greenlight, aligning with goals.
• Partner with Production to launch programming with high creative quality.
