Job summary

Beast Industries is seeking a Project Manager, Quality to coordinate multiple initiatives across the MrBeast ecosystem. You will partner with the Head of Virality and the Quality team to drive project execution, align stakeholders, and deliver high-priority initiatives on time.

You will work with Creative, Production, Analytics, and Corporate teams in a fast-paced production environment, including on-set involvement and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate with creative, production, analytics and leadership teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Quality projects.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Creative, Production, Corporate, Analytics.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Establish reporting rhythms and stakeholder communications.
• Create scalable operating systems and documentation for projects.
• Lead on-set support and cross-functional coordination when needed.
