Job summary

Beast Industries, led by MrBeast, seeks a Director for Branded Content & Partnerships – Tech B2C to drive post-sale operations, manage high-profile integrations, and align production plans with client goals. Based in Greenville, NC, in-office five days a week with occasional flexible hours for production needs.

You will oversee end-to-end execution from contract to wrap reporting, collaborating across Production, Legal, and Sales Marketing Ops, while embedding performance analytics for renewals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience including branded content activation, integrated production, and/or executive-producer-level content project management.
• Direct experience running enterprise-scale branded integrations for Fortune 100 brands in consumer tech or AI activation.
• Deep production fluency across live on-set, post-production workflows, and tight editing schedules.
• Experience managing complex enterprise client relationships with strategic equity.
• Strong organizational leadership and formal project management across all execution phases.
• Strategic partnership mindset with ability to lead executive strategy meetings and hands-on production.

Responsibilities

• Lead sold partnerships from initial production briefing through final delivery and reporting.
• Spearhead integration schedules with Studio, Post, and Creative Development; act as main client liaison.
• Guide client teams during production shoots; ensure on-set experience and alignment.
• Streamline client review workflows across Marketing, Legal, and Product Marketing.
• Drive creative agility and problem-solving on set and in post-production to hit high creative standards.
• Develop high-level wrap reports distilling analytics into renewal recommendations.
• Partner with Sales Marketing Ops to embed KPIs into activation plans before production.
