Job summary

Beast Industries seeks a Producer to turn ambitious creative concepts into reality across branded content, TV, and livestreams. You will blend creative problem-solving with strong vendor relationships to deliver on-brand work for MrBeast and BrandPartners.

Based in Greenville, NC, you will mentor a team, manage budgets, and coordinate with Legal, Safety, and Studio Management to ensure flawless execution under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in branded social content production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially on phone calls.
• Strong ability to negotiate and secure favorable terms with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of branded content from Verticals to TV Commercials to Livestreams, ensuring alignment with MrBeast and BrandPartners voice.
• Mentor junior producers, coordinators, and production assistants.
• Prepare and manage production budgets, timelines, and feasibility reports with a creative-first approach.
• Collaborate with Legal, Safety, Camera, Studio Management, and other teams to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Plan for multiple scenarios, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, and adapting to last-minute pivots.
