Beast Industries is building a direct-to-consumer content business and is seeking a Head of Programming to define the creative vision, strategy, and roadmap for the portfolio of original programming. You will shape what gets made, how the slate evolves, and how programming drives long-term member engagement.

You will oversee a portfolio of projects, collaborating with Production, Talent, Product, Marketing and Analytics to deliver high-quality content, guided by audience insights and business

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading programming and/or original content strategy for digital platforms or studios.
• Track record overseeing multiple productions or initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience developing creator-led or unscripted content from concept to launch.
• Strong ability to identify formats, talent and ideas with broad audience appeal.

Responsibilities

• Define the programming vision and long-term content strategy for our growing slate.
• Build and manage a diversified slate of original programming across formats and genres.
• Identify new series, formats and creator partnerships to strengthen the platform.
• Oversee creative development from concept through greenlight and launch.
• Collaborate with Production to ensure high-quality execution and timely releases.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Analytics to inform decisions using data-driven insights.
• Develop roadmaps balancing flagship launches, recurring series and library strategy.
• Build relationships with creators, production partners and industry talent.
