Job summary

WRMC, Inc. is seeking a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead property operations across a multi-state HOA portfolio in Irving, Texas. This hands-on leader will drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and build high-performing teams to support growth.

The role requires 10+ years in property or hospitality management with strong financial acumen, a Bachelor's degree, and CMCA/AMS/PCAM designations preferred. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in property management or hospitality management with significant operational leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• CMCA, AMS, and/or PCAM designations preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop operational management teams to drive high performance and growth.
• Oversee property operations, financial performance, admin functions, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Establish standardized operating procedures to drive efficiency, compliance, and consistency across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with HOA Boards and key clients; manage escalated concerns.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with growth objectives.
