RoslinCT in Hopkinton, MA is seeking a Head of Learning and Continual Improvement to unite three functions into a closed‑loop system that identifies gaps, reveals root causes, and drives improvement across operations. You will lead value stream mapping, investigations, and training while partnering with the Digital team to apply AI solutions and build a transformation roadmap.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leadership experience within GMP manufacturing
• Experience in a contract development and manufacturing organization
• Experience in cell and gene therapy is a plus
• Cross-functional experience (quality, regulatory, project management, etc.) is a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead organizational objectives and performance against plan
• Establish and improve operational excellence standards and tools
• Oversee investigations, CAPA and training programs
• Mentor staff and develop high-performing teams
• Collaborate with partners and the Digital team to apply AI solutions to drive improvement
• Build transformation roadmaps and drive value for RoslinCT and partners
