Job summary

Konexo USis seeking a strategic Head of Legal Solutions and AI Programs who will own strategy, growth, and delivery of legal services and AI-enabled offerings. You will drive sales, design solutions, set pricing, manage delivery, and expand client relationships across managed services, projects, advisory work, and technology-enabled legal delivery.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in legal services, ALSPs, consulting, or complex professional services.
Experience building, scaling, and delivering managed services or large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of corporate legal departments and operations.
Experience leading senior client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
Commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management, forecasting.

Responsibilities

Lead development and growth of Konexo’s legal services portfolio, including managed services and large-scale delivery programs.
Design scalable service offerings with clear scope, pricing, delivery models, and operating frameworks.
Oversee delivery of legal engagements with focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Maintain senior-level client relationships and sponsor key accounts to support growth.
Embed AI and automation into legal delivery, collaborating with innovation teams.
Build and lead a multidisciplinary team across legal delivery, technology, and operations.
