The Head of Legal Solutions and AI Programs leads the strategy, growth, and delivery of Konexo US legal solutions and AI-enabled offerings. The role owns sales, solution design, pricing, delivery, optimization, and client expansion across managed services, projects, advisory work, and technology-enabled legal delivery. This leader works closely with clients, internal stakeholders, global Konexo colleagues, sales teams, and delivery leaders to build scalable offerings and deliver successful client outcomes.
Success in this role requires a leader who can combine commercial ownership, operational discipline, legal services expertise, and practical use of AI and technology to build scalable client solutions.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days in office per week. The salary ranges for this position vary depending on the geographic location and other factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job‑related considerations. The range for this position is from $195,000 - $285,000, with offers contingent upon the various factors.
