Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland is seeking the Head of Legal Solutions and AI Programs to own the strategy, growth, and delivery of Konexo US legal solutions and AI-enabled offerings. The role oversees sales, solution design, pricing, delivery, and client expansion across managed services, projects, advisory work, and technology-enabled legal delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in legal services, ALSPs, consulting, or other professional services.
• Experience building, scaling, and delivering managed services or large-scale legal delivery programs.
• Experience with pricing, margin management, forecasting, or financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of Konexo’s legal services portfolio (projects, managed services, delivery programs).
• Design scalable service offerings with defined scope, pricing, and delivery models.
