Job summary

Konexo US is seeking a visionary Head of Legal Solutions and AI Programs to lead strategy, growth, and delivery of our legal solutions and AI-enabled offerings. You will own sales, pricing, design, and multi-disciplinary delivery across managed services, projects, and advisory work.

Hitting the boardroom, you will build scalable client solutions, manage senior client relationships, and collaborate with global Konexo teams and Eversheds Sutherland to expand our market presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and senior client relationships.
Strong commercial acumen with pricing, forecasting, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and growth of Konexo's legal services portfolio.
Design scalable service offerings with clear scope and pricing.
Oversee delivery and quality of legal services engagements.
Build senior client relationships and sponsor key accounts.
