Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CHPA certification on hire or within one year.
• Minimum five years hospital security department management experience.
• Experience in healthcare security required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop supervisors and staff within budget.
• Monitor and evaluate security programs, conduct site reviews and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement security plans including Emergency Response and Crisis Management.
• Collaborate with IT on CCTV, Access Control, and security technology.
• Prepare annual reviews and statistical reports for the Northern Market Security Program.
