• Oversee day-to-day operations of Security Services across Northern Market facilities.
• Hire, coach, and develop supervisors and staff within budget.
• Plan security programs including Emergency Response, Incident Management, and Investigations.
• Collaborate with external agencies and IT for security systems and coordination.
• Prepare annual operating and capital budgets and report on performance.
