Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) seeks an experienced Security Manager to lead Security Services across Southern Market facilities, including staff selection, training coordination and budget administration. This onsite role at Braselton involves optimizing CCTV, access control and alarm systems, while guiding investigations and coordinating with local agencies.

You will report to the Executive Director of Security & Emergency Management and require strong customer service and crisis

Qualifications

• IAHSS Supervisor Certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years as healthcare security officer.
• 3-5 years healthcare security leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop security supervisors and staff within budget.
• Monitor and evaluate security programs; conduct site reviews and drills.
• Develop and implement security plans including Emergency Response and Crisis Management.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and public officials to ensure security goals.
• Prepare annual operating and capital budgets for security departments.
• Maintain data and provide monthly/annual security performance reports.
